We don't charge percentage of comp.

Flat engagement fee — paid in stages, not as a percentage of OTE. We win when the new rep ramps and quota happens. No 25% contingency surprise on a $250K OTE.

Discover.

We listen. No deck, no pitch. Tell us about your motion — your ICP, deal size, sales cycle, who you compete with, where pipeline comes from, what your top quota carriers actually do differently. Tell us about the seat: SDR / AE / enterprise / strategic / channel? The OTE structure, the quota you're backfilling, the cultural fit. We leave with enough to go hunt.

Meeting two · Profile Review
Define.

Between meetings, we go hunt. 5-10 real reps from your direct competitors and lateral verticals — researched fresh, not pulled from a database. Names, current books, quota attainment history, who they sell to, the deals they ran. You say yes or no on each. The pattern reveals the rep profile we'll recruit to: deal size, cycle length, motion, comp tolerance. The work is consultative. The profile is yours.

If you engage
Deliver.

We run the search. We engage passive reps who match the profile — leading with your company's name as the opener. Reps evaluate the logo and the comp plan equally; you can't hide either. We work the pipeline, present the curated shortlist, manage OTE negotiation and ramp guarantee. When the search calls for discretion (replacing an underperformer, competing for a specific seller) we run silent. Hire in roughly ninety days.
